Flower power

Despite a battering from the wild winds a few weeks ago (that resulted in a near death experience for my sunflowers) they are now nearly as tall as the clothes pole!


There's significant damage to the lower leaves...


But look! The flowers are on their way!!


Hurrah!!

    hip hip hooray! The near death experience must have been quite traumatic, they will bloom all the bigger tho!
